Pipeline Micro develops the world’s smallest and most efficient liquid cooling systems for consumer and home electronics products, including video graphics cards, computers, and various appliances. Our liquid cooling systems use a patented thermal system design that dramatically improves heat transfer, stabilizes temperature, and enables products to run faster, perform longer, and use less energy.
ManagementWayne Karo (Founder), CEO - Wayne Karo has 14 years of semiconductor experience and leadership. Past employment includes Analog Devices Micromachined Products Division, Teradyne, and Anritsu. He has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a MSEE from Stanford University.
Eric Griffith (Founder), President (U.S.), CEO (Asia), - Eric Griffith has 22 years leadership and business experience. He is a UCLA / National University of Singapore MBA who has managed multi-billion dollar programs. He has MSME and MSNE degrees from Georgia Tech.
Seri Lee, CTO - Dr. Seri Lee has over 20 years of industry experience and previously held positions at Intel Corporation as Senior Thermal Scientist for the Silicon and Platform Solutions Group, Amkor Technology as Manager of Thermal Characterization, Aavid Thermal Technologies as Director of Advanced Thermal Engineering and at the University of Waterloo in Ontario as Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering.
DirectorsMichael Korver - Michael was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan and has over 25 years of experience in international business. Since 1993 he has worked as an international business consultant, corporate lawyer, venture capitalist and entrepreneur in Tokyo. In 1996, he co-founded Global Venture Capital, an independent venture capital fund management company. Michael is also a professor of entrepreneurial management and venture capital in the MBA program in international business at Hitotsubashi University in Japan. He received his B.A., M.A. in Economics, and a professional law degree all from the University of California at Berkeley.
